Are you a writer who feels called to share stories that bring hope and healing?Maybe you are a leader that people look to in challenging times, wanting a wiser way to approach difficult topics.Or perhaps you feel a stirring to share your own story—to expose injustice, speak truth, or create resources that help others on their road to healing—but you’re not sure where to begin.Or maybe you're just curious, and want to learn more about how to support trauma survivors in general. If so, this workshop may be your next best step forward. Why?Because words carry great power. They can wound.
But they can also heal.
When strong words or painful experiences are shared without care, writing can unintentionally reopen wounds, overwhelm the writer, or retraumatize the very people we hope to help. But when stories are shared with wisdom and compassion, they can unlock hope, healing, and lasting transformation. In this workshop, we will explore how to approach difficult topics thoughtfully—so your words can bring clarity, dignity, and encouragement to those who encounter them.

In This Workshop You Will Learn

‣ The basics of trauma and how it can affect the mind, emotions, and body
‣ How to assess your personal readiness before sharing difficult experiences
‣ Ways to maintain emotional steadiness and regulation while writing
‣ How to share honestly without causing unnecessary harm to yourself or others
‣ Practical principles for responsible and compassionate storytelling

This workshop is especially helpful for:

Why It Matters

Stories carry extraordinary power. When shared without care, they can deepen wounds.
